The apartment is in the lower part of the house, behind the stone wall, with its own door and patio. It was recently renovated. It suits a couple who want their own space and the garden right outside.
Being half below ground, it stays cooler than outside in summer. The bedroom is not under the roof, so with a small child it is the easiest choice.

It suits a family or two couples. The stairs up under the roof are steep, so keep an eye on small children.
